Speaking with Mario Kalpou the host of Man Eats Wild. Mario is a Chef, a hunter, conservationist and an outdoorsman. Mario is a very interesting person. He has owned a number of restaurants and is known as quite the accomplished chef but he has always been drawn to the outdoors exploring the outback of Australia. When he was not working in a kitchen, he was hunting and fishing.
